FOSTER EQUIPMENT

Neal Foster choose King Contracting to complete their 1.3 million dollar expansion consisting of a two building complex on four acres in Brighton, Colorado.  The shop building is 6,000 square foot complete with a crane and small shop office area.  The 5,400 square foot office and sales area was completed using specialized high-end finishes exceeding a Class A rated office space.

Kim Szidon, one of our many repeat clients, asked King Contracting to join them in Santa Fe, New Mexico to construct a new facility expanding their feed business.  The challenges with out-of-state regulations and licensing did not prevent KCI from delivering this beautiful finished facility.

 



 

TAURUS FLEX I

Randy King has entered the developing sector of this business with several projects and partners.  This 9,240 square foot facility is located by the King Contracting office on Taurus Court.  It is the first of many more facilities to be available for lease to small businesses.

 

DRAKE LIFESTYLE CENTER

Tim Motter and Daron Hayes came to King Contracting to achieve a concept which can be duplicated in many communities.  Working together we designed a 360 degree building for the fitness center and yoga studio in Fort Collins, Colorado.  Within the first year of business, the yoga studio has expanded into another large room of the facility.  The owners are also reviewing a business park for another facility in the area.

In 2007, our dream to design/build a building suitable for the needs of our company came to fruition.  The 4,000 square foot facility was created with an open floor plan consisting of conference, break and reception areas with offices and shop/storage area.  Clients tour our facility to observe the quality finish work their building project can obtain.
